The Silver treatment is applied to the foundation walls and piers, all exposed wood in the crawl space or basement (including sill plates and bottom of the sub floor) and areas of concrete with pipes or other intrusions.  All levels include a termite pre-treatment of the concrete foundation, creating a barrier to termites and fungi.

The Gold treatment is more aggressive in regards to protecting the home.  There is the addition of treating all window and door openings.  It is also applied to all bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms and any other areas where excess moisture could create a mold problem.

The Platinum treatment is all-inclusive.  This treatment covers every board in the residence . . . from the sub floor all the way up to the roof sheathing.  This gives the homeowner Total Home Protection (THP).

With the Platinum system from AMS Services your home or business is protected from the risks of mold, fungi and wood destroying organisms, such as carpenter ants and powder post beetles.

The Platinum System uses a patented solution combining penetrates, a moldicide and all-natural borates.  The environmentally sensitive borates work together with the moldicide to kill and prevent wood destroying fungi and wood destroying insects, as well as mold.  The formulation allows the borates to penetrate deeply into the wood, increasing the level of protection.

The Platinum System can last the life of the home.
